First, I would like to say how amazing my experience was with the entire aspire surgical staff in Draper. As a person who is extremely anxious with any form of dentistry or oral surgery I have nothing but positive things to say. I was very nervous my day of surgery and the staff was so amazing when helping me to feel comfortable and relaxed. I truly appreciate what they did to help me calm my nerves. They did an amazing job explaining the process to me. Even days after the operation I had a few questions and the staff seemed delighted to answer them. After the surgery I had almost no pain, which shocked me. I am now 4-days post-op with still virtually no pain. Thank you so much Aspire Surgical for such an amazing experience!!
Dr Ryser removed a tooth and said I would need a second appointment to replace it. Fast forward to the second appointment. He lied. It was a consultation. As well as he was 20 minutes late to the appointment. This is a poor establishment get your dental work done someplace else !!
Look elsewhere unless you like getting surprise bills 6+ months after services.
I came for a consultation and was told there would be no out of pocket cost, yet 6+ months later I get a bill and am informed it was an insurance misquote. No accountability or flexibility from Aspire Surgical. I specifically asked about this weeks ahead of the appointment and was assured there would be no cost, yet here I am left holding the bill.
Beware of these shady billing practices before you give them your business.
Good experience for my 18-year old son at Aspire Surgical. Got right in and the assistants were fabulous at explaining everything. You won't meet the doctor until just before they put the patient under anesthesia but Dr. Ryser was excellent; very personable, reassuring and confident with my son. The procedure was quick and my son was ready to come home in no time. The office called later in the day to check on him and the instruction packet that comes home with the patient is thorough and easy to follow. The reason I'm not giving a 5-star review- I had a concern about the swelling of my son's jaw a few days later and called after hours for the on-call doctor (they were closed for the holiday). I called and left a message two times and never received a call back. Other than that, we had a good experience- and the office staff is great.
Wisdom teeth removal for my son was quick and flawless. The surgical team and Dr. Ryser were very good with communicating and answering all questions. Three of my kids have had surgeries with Aspire, and we couldn't be more grateful for the positive experiences we've had with them -- because surgery is scary!
I’ve taken two of my kiddos to Dr. Ryser for wisdom teeth removal (and one to have a tooth implant installed), and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else - I’ll be bringing my third to have hers taken out in a couple of years. Bright, clean office, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and Dr. Ryser is excellent both at surgery and at setting his patients at ease. Two thumbs up, highly recommend.
My daughter is on day 3 post wisdom teeth removal. She has had minimal pain and mild swelling. The staff were very friendly and informative. She was apprehensive about having the procedure, but now admits it was much better then she anticipated. We highly recommend!
This visit was for my 2nd child having wisdom teeth extraction with Dr. Ryser and team. They have a great bedside manner that is professional but friendly and fun as well which lightens the anxiety. So far I have had zero complications and speedy recoveries with both children. I definitely trust them and would recommend them!
